2) Services Provided

Bigwelds Inc. offers welding and handyman services, including but not limited to metal fabrication, repairs, installations, and maintenance. Specific services will be outlined in the service agreement prior to commencement.

3) Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual project requirements.
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of services.
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed upon methods.

4) Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.

5) Warranty and Liability

We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year following the completion of services.
Bigwelds Inc. Is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications made by the client after service completion.

6) Client Responsibility

Clients must provide access to the work area and ensure that it is safe and free from hazards.
Clients must inform us of any known issues or concerns that may affect the service.

7) Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Minnesota.

8) Changes to Terms

Bigwelds Inc. Reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels.

Return and Refund Policy

1) General Policy

At Bigwelds Inc., we strive to provide high-quality welding and handyman services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us withing 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

2) Service issues

If you experience any issues with our services, we will work with you to address the problem. our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through:

Re-evaluation of the work performed.
Possible repairs or adjustments at no additional cost.
A full explanation of the work done and recommendations for further action.

3) Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 days of the approval. Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to service quality.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect after the service has been completed.
